My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hey there! I’m Bienenstich, and yes, I’m that cat—the one who’s got a little bit of “thief” in him, whether it’s swiping a snack or stealing your heart (I’m a pro). If there’s something to steal, I’m your guy! I’m all boy, full of wild energy and always up for a little adventure. I’m not shy when it comes to snuggling—if another kitty’s already on your lap, you can bet I’ll join in. I mean, there’s always room for one more, right? Visitors? I might take a minute to warm up to you, but once I’m comfortable, I’m ready to make new friends! I’m a paw-some companion to other kitties, and I’ll happily share my kingdom with them—especially if it means more lap space and snuggle time for all! If you’re looking for a playful, mischief-making, lap-loving kitty who knows how to make an entrance, I’m your Bienenstich!

Go meet their pets

We will be holding adoption event days with PetSmart on Ft Jackson Blvd and Two Notch Rd as well as PetSense on Garners Ferry Rd. These are partnerships that we've initiated and that have been greeted with open arms by these great organizations. MUCH More to Come!

More about this rescue

At Cat Around Town Project, we believe that by spaying and neutering as many stray and colony cats as possible, we are proactively controlling overpopulation at its source. All kittens and any cats that are adoptable are removed from the colonies and adopted to suitable homes. One day, when the supply meets the demand, there will be a home waiting for every kitten in our community. .
