My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

The following adorable little creature is one of 8 that were abandoned by their owner. Lucky for Precious Pets Almost Home, a foster with the world's largest heart took them all in and has done a wonderful job.

The two moms (Sweet Tea and Hot Cakes) who appear to be sisters, love each other very much and need to be adopted together.

Siblings Big Mac, Oreo McFlurry, Chickie McNuggie, Small Fry and Dr. Pepper are from the same litter. Their estimated date of birth is 4/5/2024. They can be adopted in pairs or into a home with another young cat with which they can play and socialize. If you are looking to adopt a pair of these cuties, their bios note which kittens we recommend should be adopted together. Sprite is only about three weeks older than this litter. She also can be adopted into a home with another young playful cat or with one of her cousins.

Hot Cakes is a super-affectionate female with a sleek black coat. She loves rubbing against you and asking for pets. She has done super well with being held and getting her nails clipped. She and her sister Sweet Tea are always sleeping or cuddling together. She is pretty much Sweet Tea's shadow. Wherever Sweet Tea is, Hot Cakes isn't too far behind. They even had babies around the same time and would nurse each other's kittens. She does like to play occasionally with toys and catnip but generally prefers chilling and napping in high places like the cat wall.

Hot Cakes has been around the foster mom's two cats and was fine. However, she does not seem to like dogs at all. A few attempted introductions to the foster's 10 lb dog did not go well as Hot Cakes was on guard, began hissing and attempted to attack. So, other cats in the house should be fine, but no dog siblings allowed. Approximate date of birth is 12/22/2022.
