My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Doodle! Doodle is a sweet and loving girl. If you're looking for a furry companion who will snuggle up and just purr away on a cold winter day, then look no further. This sweet girl is one of the cuddliest babies, which is nice because her fur is so soft it begs to be petted. Doodle can be a little sassy at times, growling at the resident cats in her foster home (or even at her brother) when they get too close to her personal space and she's not in the mood for a cuddle or wants the human attention all to herself. She's never growled at the resident dog though, and he's quite a big boy. Doodle would do well as an only cat, with a cat who's content to let her coexist in the same space, or in a home with dogs. This sweet girl is sure to keep you entertained and feeling loved with her love of pets, loud purrs, and dainty little meows. The first step to learning more about Doodle is to submit your application at www.humanetomorrow.org, and an adoption counselor will contact you.

Submit Application

You may complete an application via our website at http://www.humanetomorrow.org/adopt/.

Additional adoption info

All potential adopters must fill out an application for the animal they want to adopt, which is available on our website. Humane Tomorrow does not do adoptions outside of the DFW Metroplex.

Our adoption fees are...
Cats:
$150 for most kittens and cats

Dogs:
$250-$300 for most puppies and dogs

The adoption fee helps to cover the costs of basic preventative care including spay or neuter, vaccines (including Rabies and virals), heartworm tests and preventative for dogs, FeLV/FIV tests for cats, in addition to extra medical care the animal may need, such as heartworm treatment, dental, or surgery. Often our adoption fees do not even cover costs for basic medical care the animals need, and are certainly cheaper than if all these procedures were covered by the owner.

Humane Tomorrow reserves the right to deny any application for any reason.
