My name is Dexter. I wish I could talk and tell everyone my story because people around still don't understand what happened to me in the past. I'm friendly to other dogs. I'm not aggressive to people, however, I'm very shy and scared. I got used to some shelter's employees but still shaking if I see people approaching me. I need love and patient experienced adopter.
