My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Looking for a big ol' lap dog who's so cute you just want to eat her right up like a sweet bowl of cookies n cream ice cream? Phoebe is your girl! She loves staring longingly into your eyes, convincing anyone and everyone to give her pets and sneaking her way into laps (check out those pictures)!

When she's not canoodling everyone in sight, Phoebe would make a great adventure buddy and BFF. When her zoomies aren't redecorating your apartment, she'd love to sleep in bed and enjoys working on her abysmal treat-catching skills.

Dog at home? Phoebe is currently being fostered with a male dog and has made tons of dog friends in the neighborhood, too - so she'd love to meet yours and see if they hit it off!

Reach out to meet Phoebe in NYC and see if she could be your new best friend! She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and up to date on all her vaccines.
