Meet our girl Astrid. Her and her sister (who was already adopted) came in as strays during the summer of 2024. Unfortunately their owner chose not to reclaim them. Astrid is a beautiful lady who has legs that could get her an audition with the Rockettes. Astrid enjoys going on her walks with volunteers. They report that she does well on leash and we know that she knows her basic commands. Since Astrid came in with another dog, she could be considered for a home with another dog. A separate meet with another dog would need to be scheduled after meeting a possible adopter. Astrid has the looks of a super model and the heart of a tom boy. She is the best of both worlds.
