My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I’m Conor, a 1-year-old male pup who loves people and gets along well with most dogs. I’m crate and house-trained, but I do need to head outside as soon as you get home to find my favorite potty spot. I sleep quietly in my crate at night but wake up early for a bathroom break. If I bark, it’s just my way of saying I need to go!

I’m a big fan of toys—squeaky toys, plushies, and chew toys are my absolute favorites. I’m very treat- and food-motivated, which makes me eager to learn and easy to train.

With my playful personality and loving nature, I’d make a great companion for the right home. Message the rescue for more info—I can’t wait to meet my forever family

Our foster dogs/pups are all in foster homes and can be met by appointment. We also will have regular adoption events at PetSmart and Pet Supply Plus stores.

Active Paws rescue will help pets in need through sheltering, adoption, education, spay/neuter, and community outreach.

Active Paws Rescue would love to see that every animal knows love and kindness. No animal should have to endure needless neglect and suffering. We will provide a voice to those that need it most.

We believe in not only helping the animals but educating our local communities on how to do better.
