Bluebell P, her mom, LuLu, and her four siblings, Beatrix, Ajax, Slate and Willow were all surrendered by their owner. This doesn't mean they were bad people, au contraire! Sometimes life and health changes happen, and even folks with the best of intentions end up in a situation where they can't keep their pets. These folks did the right thing by surrendering them to us, a no-kill animal rescue group! Many folks wouldn't have been that kind, and this young mama and her brood could have found themselves dumped in the woods, or just "put out" to fend for themselves and likely suffer a horrible fate.

Bluebell resembles a Russian Blue with short haired big white whiskers and splashes of white fur on her feet and chest. She is absolutely precious! Neither Bluebell nor any of his siblings have met a dog, so if you have one, it needs to be cat/kitten-friendly for her to consider your application to adopt her. Bluebell is playful, curious and full of kitten energy. With four siblings and 7 other kittens from another litter to play with in her foster home, all get plenty of exercise.

Bluebell P. has had all age appropriate vaccines and has been treated for parasites, he will be tested for FeLUK/FIV, spayed and micro-chipped when she is old enough.

NOTE: Kittens cannot be accurately tested for FIV/FeLeuk until at least 10-12 weeks of age. S-PCHS does not allow untested kittens to go to their forever homes until they show a negative test. Applications may be submitted for review, but kitten adoptions will only be finalized when after age appropriate testing is complete.

As with all YOUNG kittens, SPCHS will not permit Bluebell P. to be adopted by a family with children under 7 years old.
