My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Shelly! Age: 1 Weight: 51lbs
Commands known: Sit and down
Toys: Loves hard bones and tennis balls
Dogs: Would prefer to be the only dog in the home
Cats: Unknown
Kids: Very friendly and social

Shelly has quickly captured the hearts of our staff and volunteers, and now she's ready to capture yours! Shelly loves people and has done well interacting with kids in the past. Shelly plays with other dogs, however she can get very overwhelmed when the other dogs start running around her. Because of this we feel that she would prefer to be the only dog in the home. She's a superstar when it comes to training and has quickly mastered how to walk well on a leash! If you've been searching for a hiking/running buddy, then Shelly is your girl!
