Hello, my name is Charlie and I'm the shelter "old man". My owner had to move in with her daughter following some health issues, so she's all I've ever known but I'm quick to warm up to people! I was fostered & they said that I did AMAZING with children, even as young as 6 months old, but I'm not too fond of puppies/super energetic dogs. Come meet me & let me love you!
