Hello world! My name is Benji and I am a 6 year old 11 lb shih tzu boy looking for my forever family. Sadly my former human took ill and could no longer care for me -BUT the ladies at FCCR immediately came to my rescue and promised to find me my perfect home....yayyyy! Foster mommy says I am a loving boy once I know you- at first I may be a little aloof but I'm just "sizing" things up to make sure it's safe for a little guy like me....after all you can never be too careful. I'm also a shih tzu so it's a breed thing... BUT after I bond with you watch out! I will want cuddles and hugs and will be your most loyal companion and friend. I love car rides, going for walks and adventures, and I get along great with everyone including other dogs too.
