Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Squeaky has been a wonderful mother to her four pups, but they are weaned and she is looking for a home of her own. She can be shy at first, but will warm up to you. When she finally comes out of her shell, watch out, you have a very playful pup on your hands! She gets along with everyone, dogs and cats and has finally learned to enjoy the sofa at her foster parents' home. She will make a good addition to a quiet household.

We travel to the East coast area once a month with our pre-adopted pets.

More about this shelter

We are located in South Mississippi, but travel up the east coast regularly (every 3 to 4 weeks) with pre-adopted animals.Dixie Adoptables is one of many shelters working to get animals out of the area where shelters are always full, and adoptions of the sweet babies are hard to come by. We are grateful to every person that chooses to adopt and give a home to a loving animal, whose only fault was being born in a part of the country where their value is underappreciated and spay/neuter is done far too infrequently.
