BIO WRITTEN BY A LOVING FAMILY THAT NEEDS TO REHOME THE FEMALE SAINT BERNARD.
Abilene, Texas - This is Willa, she is a very sweet affectionate dog. She did go through an obedience course but does need a slight refresher. She walks on a leash with a gentle leader and does great in public. She enjoys going to stores and the dog park. She is absolutely fantastic for grooming! She is house trained & crate trained. She is really good with my toddler and other kids through a baby gate but she absolutely gets rowdy and clobbers over my 2 year old. We have tried many times and if we are on a walk she will walk along side her as long as the gentle leader is on… as soon as it comes off she becomes rowdy and I can’t keep putting my little one in that position and I know it’s not fair to Willa because she would love to be by our side 24/7 instead of being on the other side of the fence or behind a baby gate inside. She is also on urinary Incontinence medication, that she started to need after being spayed. We have the correct dosage worked out so she has no issues as long as she is on the medication. We would love Willa to go to a home where she can stay cool and be showered with love and affection she is not up-to-date on shots, but I am happy to go get them. I am not asking a rehoming fee. I would just like to find her the perfect home.
