Meet Deano, a super cute, small blue heeler weighing in at just 25 lbs and just under a year old. This adorable pup had a rough start, abandoned as a puppy and left to fend for himself. Fortunately, a kind local shop provided him with food and shelter, but Deano deserves so much more.

Deano is a friendly little guy who has never met a stranger. He’s perfect with other dogs, although he hasn’t been tested with cats. He’s encountered chickens once and didn’t seem to notice them. Playful and eager to please, Deano does well on a leash despite not having regular walks.

This young heeler would love a home with some land to run around or kids to herd. Deano is ready to learn and excited to find a family that will give him the love and care he deserves. Will you be the one to give Deano his forever home?

Most of our are pets are fostered in Southern foster homes and are posted for adoption once they are completely vetted and ready to travel. Our pets are adoptable in Alabama and New England States. Our adoption fee includes transport fee, spay/neuter, current vaccinations, deworming, heart worm test for animals over 7 months old, all necessary vetting and an interstate health certificate.
