Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Opal is ALL about spending quality time with her person!! She likes to snuggle in bed and watch TV with you. She likes to play. She loves boxes. She has been fostered around cats and small dogs, but is not a fan of bigger dogs or very young children. She does like kittens a lot! She loves lying in the sun and perching in high spots in a room. She loves Balls and Mouse Toys. She is determined! Tiny yet mighty, Opal would love to be your BESTEST friend!
Included with the adoption is the kitty's spay, all applicable birth-to-one-year FVRCP, FeLeuk and first round of rabies vaccinations, deworming, flea treatment, a wellness check, FIV/FeLV combo testing, and microchipping. In addition to being fully vetted, our cats and kittens are highly socialized. We offer a 2-week getting acquainted period and a 2-week wellness guarantee, so you can comfortably settle in with your new kitty! Please note, young kitties do best with another kitty in the household. In addition, Opal's foster says that Opal is sensitive to kitty food with fish protein in it.
To apply to adopt, please complete an adoption inquiry at www.bluesmews.org so our adoption specialist volunteer can review it and contact you!
