My name is Carl (aka Salem)!

Meet Carl, a 5-year-old black cat who is a most timid man. He loves his hidey spaces and doesn`t stray too far from his spot during the daytime. He rivals the cowardly lion with a disposition that comes across as frightful and forward, but if you take the time to get to know this furry guy he will melt your heart. Carl truly embodies that of a lion at heart, he protects those smaller than him and quickly takes the role of protector to those other four legged friends who cannot speak up for themselves. Having a friend to protect and snuggle with would be Carl`s dream come true. Many cats have come and gone in his presence but he still remains hopeful that his perfect match is out there somewhere waiting for him. He will take some time for that ferocious exterior to fall away and reveal his soft timid soul, but give him time and he will be the best comanion.
