Charlie is a 13-year-old Havanese with a good heart. We got him the year before my daughter started 12th grade and he was completely attached to her. Unfortunately, she went away to college and I have been his caregiver ever since. The plan was for her to take him to her home when she finished school, but she now lives in a community that is not pet-friendly. He went through a change during and after COVID because I had to go back to work after being home with him full-time for over a year. He is older, so he needs to go out more often than he did when he was a puppy and requires more attention. He loves children and has also been around other small dogs.

I am moving and unfortunately can no longer care for him. I hope that someone will be able to take him at this time.
