Lil Bear is a spirited fellow, a one-of-a-kind character who will become your shadow and protector. While having a sweet side, he's opinionated with plenty to say about dogs and cats, so this little Poodle will live his best life as your only pet. Lil Bear is a fan of car rides, walks well on leash, and his go-to cozy spot includes his favorite blanket and pillow. Daily medications are taken to support his heart. Est. birthdate is 1/29/2015, 10 lbs., his $200 adoption fee includes vaccines up to date, and microchip. Lil Bear is looking for a patient, understanding adopter who can appreciate his unique qualities and give him the love and care he deserves. Two by Two Rescue requires that you be at least 21 years of age and sign an adoption contract. If you have pets, they must be up to date on vaccines, spayed or neutered, and on heartworm preventative. A vet reference ( if you have pets) is required. More about this rescue

Two by Two Rescue began in 2002 when two ladies met and began feeding strays in Old Town Helena, Alabama. The rescue has grown to a 501 C (3) volunteer, no-kill organization. Our goal is to save the lives of abandoned, unwanted, and abused animals, and educate the public about responsible pet care. We care for these rescues in private foster homes. Our animals are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and micro chipped regardless of breed, age, or medical cost. We receive no state funding or government assistance. We survive by the donations of caring people, fund raising, and adoption fees.
