Hello my name is Aster! I am a cute little fluff with the ears like pigtails. I was rescued when somebody was giving me away on Facebook Marketplace. I was living in a bunny cage outside infested with ticks and fleas. Lucky for me that life is behind me now. I am a tiny girl weighing in at only about 15 pounds, I know I look bigger in pictures. My hair can get pretty long so I will require regular grooming. Despite my past, I am a very happy puppy who gets the zoomies and loves to hop around the living room. I LOVE toys, pretty much any toy to be honest. I get along great with other dogs, I currently live with a 100 pound Great Dane and a 7 pound Pomeranian and I love them both equally, and will even play tag with them. I do tend to let my puppy personality out occasionally and might steal a slipper or two while nobody is looking. Since I still have puppy tendencies I will require training in my new home. I have not been tested around cats. I would be a wonderful addition to a family with children who know boundaries and are respectful to animals. I'm almost fully potty trained but occasionally might need a reminder throughout the day. I am crate trained, I eats in it, sleep beautifully throughout the night and stay in it during the day while foster parents are at work. In my current foster home I have not shown any desire to dig or jump over the fence.
Note from her Foster Mom:
Aster has been an absolute joy, she is playful and happy, she’s easy going and quick to adjust. She enjoys company of dogs, but it isn’t a necessity for her, she’s very concerned with some toys and human interaction. She loves to snuggle up under your chin while you carry her outside. She’s quite an expert playing hide and seek “under” couch cushions, once she’s found she likes her rewards in belly rubs form.
She would make a wonderful addition to any family. With her most adorable underbite she will make anyone fall in love with her in no time.
