My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello, I'm Manning, an 11-year-old neutered male Tabby cat. People always notice my handsome markings and strikingly green eyes when they first see me, but I also have a wonderful personality! I came to Safe Place with my brother Morris, but I prefer to have my own spot up on the catwalk, so we are being adopted separately now. I'm a very outgoing and social guy, so once I see you have my favorite treats or toys, I'm always happy to play. The staff at Safe Place say I have a very fun & youthful personality.

I would do best with either a senior or single person that just wants a fun pal to come home to. I want to be your number one guy! I don't like to share the stage with other cats or dogs. My $100 adoption donation includes the usual FVRCP, Rabies, FeLV/FIV test which was negative, a microchip, and a starter bag of food. But wait.... I also come with my own cat bed, a scratcher for my claws, toys, and a carrier. Visit www.safeplacepets.org to complete an application today!

Additional adoption info

Please check out our available pets and contact us to let us know which one(s) interest you. We'll arrange a site visit to your home and a meet-and-greet with your prospective pet once we have had a phone chat to determine if our rescue pet is a good fit for you and you for him/her. If you and the pet decide it's true love, we'll have you fill out an adoption contract and ask for an adoption donation (rather than a fee) of $100 per cat and $200 per dog. A certificate of adoption is mailed to you once the process is complete.
