Meet Harry, the shy yet sweet silver tabby who’s making great strides toward becoming the loving companion he was always meant to be! At just 10 months old, Harry has come a long way since his days as a stray. Though he's still a bit cautious around new faces, Harry is slowly learning to trust and is becoming more confident in his foster home. He’s now been given full access to the house and has found comfort in following his foster mom around as she does her morning chores, like tending to the litter boxes. He’s even learned to curl up on the bed — that is, when the dog lets him!
With his soft silver-gray fur, a little sprinkle of white on his belly and paws, and those big, curious eyes, Harry is an endearing and quiet kitty. He enjoys the simple pleasures in life, like playing with the resident cats and discovering new spots to explore. While he’s still shy around strangers and will often disappear when new people arrive, Harry’s progress with his foster mom has been wonderful. He’s starting to enjoy the gentle touch of a pet and can often be found snuggled up under the blankets, soaking in the warmth and comfort of his safe space.
Harry is a curious soul who thrives in quieter environments. With a little patience and plenty of love, he’ll continue to grow and blossom into a loyal and affectionate companion. If you have a cozy corner and a tender heart to offer, Harry might just be the perfect addition to your family. Ready to give him the time and space he needs to truly flourish? Harry is waiting for a home to call his own!

Want to adopt a kitten? We highly recommend you consider bringing home two instead of one! Adopting kittens in pairs has been proven to be beneficial for cats’ emotional and behavioral well-being and greatly improves the likelihood of long-term adopter happiness as a result. Adopting more than one kitten also reduces the risk of “Single Kitten Syndrome” (also known as Tarzan Syndrome), a symptom of under-socialization during a kitten’s most formative weeks. Kittens who are under-socialized may develop aggressive tendencies toward both other animals and humans as they grow, creating lifelong behavioral issues for owners.
