Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Flossy-Wirehaired Rough Coat Terrier female, ~ 4 yr. (Aug. 2024)
Contact recuebc@hotmail.com for application
Flossy can to Rescue the first time as a 10 wk. Old puppy in the spring of 2020. She was adopted into a family and we assumed was living a good life. However, recently she came back to the Rescue when the family adopted a new puppy, and abandoned her. So unfair and wrong when people do that to a pet. Maybe it's a blessing for Flossy that she's out of that house. She's settled into her foster home and is such a good girl. So good, in fact, that when a blood donor was needed the other day,to save the life of a puppy who needed blood, she stepped up to the challenge. She patiently let the Vet draw blood from her leg, as brave girl! We were SO proud of her. Flossy is housetrained and crate trained. She's gentle with other dogs and cats do not interest her. She's about 50# and enjoys activity, a medium energy dog. Her adoption fee is $300 to help cover the medical costs of getting ready for adoption.
