Louis Armstrong and Duke Ellington are the two Jazz Babies still waiting for their forever home. The babies and their two siblings (adopted) were about one week old when someone out for a walk heard them crying inside a trash bag. She rescued them and contacted Trenton Cats Rescue, where they were taken in by a foster mom. Louis loves people and especially loves hugs. He jumps onto his foster mom's back for attention or melts into her arms. His brother Duke is a bit more retiring but still loves mom hugs. Even though the boys are big now (about 10 lb), they are still kittens and are attached to each other. While they do not spend every minute together, when it is time to rest, they are likely to be found side-by-side. If not touching, one will reach out a paw to touch the other. They still occasionally nurse on one of their almost-outgrown kitty beds, sometimes while kneading each other's bodies or faces while they do so, which is pretty funny to watch. They get along wonderfully with the resident cats and the other fosters. Ideally they should be adopted together. If you'd like to meet Louis Armstrong or think this cat would be a good match for your family, please complete our adoption questionnaire at http://www.trentoncats.org/adoption-questionnaire/ and let your references know someone will be contacting them soon. All our cats are neutered, up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, dewormed and flea-treated, tested for FIV/FeLV, and microchipped prior to adoption. Thanks for opting to adopt!
