Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Woody and his brother Buzz spent their first six weeks of life living in attic insulation with zero human contact. It took a lot of time and patience to earn Woody's trust, but he's grown into a healthy, happy, playful boy and we're so proud of him!
He has super soft fur and the fluffiest tail, and despite his shyness, he really enjoys being petted! He is a very big boy for his age and the vet said he is likely part Maine Coon. Despite his size, he has a very tiny little voice that he uses whenever he's dismayed or startled by something. He loves to make biscuits and “nurse” on his cat bed! He also likes to sleep on the cat tree and his foster mom's bed. Woody loves the ball chaser, wand toys, and the play tunnel!
Woody is all about his food! He likes wet kitten food and dry kibble and any kind of treat, but he loves squeeze treats like Inaba Churu. Woody loves to be petted, but he does not like to be picked up or carried around, and he hates nail trims.
His foster mom loves seeing how far he's come from the tiny, scrawny, frightened kitten he was when he first arrived in his foster home. He went from a kitten who hissed at you if you even looked at him to a happy boy who likes to be with you.
Woody gets along great with the other kittens and cats and two small dogs in his foster home. Due to his somewhat shy nature, Woody would do best in a home with older kids or no kids. He would likely be ok as an only cat as long as he gets plenty of enrichment and play time, but he would also be happy to have another kitty friend in his forever home to play with!
