My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Cinder, a charming girl who loves to lounge! She thrives in a single cat household where she can be the center of attention. While she may not get along with other cats, her playful and affectionate nature will fill your home with endless joy! Cinder is ready to bring warmth and companionship to a loving, cat only home.
Cinder is looking for a calm home that will give her the time she needs and always allows her to approach and not to force her into interaction.
If she sounds like the cat for you, apply today!

***NOTE*** Please remember that animals are coming back from foster care to the centres for their meet and greets. They will be experiencing a new environment and meeting new people, which means they may not exhibit the same behaviours they did in their foster videos or while in foster care.

If you are viewing this animal through 24Petconnect by PetPlace or Adopt-a-pet, please visit our website https://kwsphumane.ca/adopt/process to submit an application. Any applications submitted outside of www.kwsphumane.ca may not be received

Additional adoption info

*Please note that walk-in appointments are welcomed and encouraged, and will be prioritized over online applications.

Come into the Centre and if you see a pet you like, you are able to do a "Meet and Greet" with that pet. Spend some time in alone with the pet or take a dog out for a short walk. If you are still interested in adopting the pet you can meet with one of our Adoption Counsellors who will have you fill out and application and will ask you some questions about the environment in which you live. If you seem like a wonderful match and your environment meets the needs of the pet then your application should be approved!
