Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Ham, a very sweet tortoiseshell kitten looking for a loving home! Ham is FIV positive, which means she needs some immune support and high-quality food, but she can live happily with other cats. Despite her condition, Ham is full of love and affection, ready to bring joy to your life. If you're looking for a gentle and loving companion, Ham is the perfect choice for you! 🐾
Are you ready to give Ham a forever home? 🏡💖
FIV+ cats can cohabitate together, as FIV+ is spread through deep puncture wounds and procreation. Ham likely acquired FIV from her mother during birth.
FIV is not spread through casual contact - Sharing food/water bowls, litter box or mutual grooming.
Due to a compromised immune system, Ham will need routine vet visits, immune support, and quality foods.
Adoption includes spay/neuter, vaccines (rabies, HCPCh, FeLv), booster shots of HCPCh, and FeLv, microchip, FIV/FeLv testing, and deworming.
