It takes time to get this sweet! I’m Jack, a handsome older fella ready to spend my retirement years with you. I found my way to High Country Humane after being on my own for a while, but now I’m focused on finding the perfect place to enjoy my golden years.
I’m as polite as I am charming and have plenty of love left to give—after all, love doesn’t keep track of years! I enjoy spending time outside, and hiking is one of my favorite activities. I’m fully potty trained, doggy door trained, and walk beautifully on a leash. I also know commands like sit, lie down, and come—pretty smart, right? I do well meeting new people and would thrive in a home with kids older than 12. I’d love to meet any dogs you already have, but I’d do best in a home without cats. My foster family even discovered that I have a soft spot for Louis Armstrong jazz—it’s my go-to music to relax and unwind.
