My name is Nausicaa!

 

 

Nausicaa is a spirited 13-week-old golden tabby kitten with a touch of wildcat charm. Quick and curious, she's a bundle of energy with a regal air. Her alert gaze, marked by a slight squint, suggests a keen observer always assessing her surroundings. Independent and strong, Nausicaä is a true survivor with a free spirit. Adopt her and share wonderful adventures with this spunky girl!
Her story: She was rescued from a prison with her siblings who were drinking water from the air conditioner. A guard took them home after one was accidentally killed. With a rough start she was cared for with her siblings but needed further medical treatment. She and her brother were taken to another foster. Both had eye surgery and Nausicaa’s surgery was successful. Unfortunately her brother Chihiro had to go through 2 more surgeries and she was there to help him recover. She is shy and squints because of her eye condition. She is very happy and loves to cuddle and purr. All fosters under the San Antonio Feral Cat Coalition: Community Cat Adoption Program are fostered privately through foster homes.  They are spayed/neutered, given age appropriate vaccinations, and microchipped before adoptions are finalized.  SAFCC is a 501c3 non profit, all volunteer organization serving San Antonio and Bexar County, Texas.
