Josephine (known affectionately as Strawberry by her foster parents) is a sweet and gentle kitten with a charming meow. She was born at the beginning of June 2024. She can be a little shy at first with new people, but once she gets pet, she remembers how much she loves affection from her humans.
Strawberry can often be found sleeping on a heating blanket or next to a warm vent. She is no lazy kitten though! Bring out the string toys and she will be hunting and jumping and playing. She loves to watch her dinner being prepared and is known to let out her adorable tiny meow in anticipation. She likes to take cat naps on the couch next to her humans.
Strawberry feels bravest around other cats and would love to have an inviting resident cat or be adopted with another kitten playmate.
Adoption fee is a minimum $85 per kitten donation to Feral Fixers. All cats are up to date on shots, microchipped, dewormed, fixed, and FeLV/FIV tested. Discounted adoption fee if two kittens are adopted together, $150 for a pair. Brief screening questionnaire and contract apply! Feral Fixers is dedicated to the Trap, Neuter & Return (TNR) of feral cats within DuPage county. As part of our mission, we also rescue friendly cats and kittens that have been abandoned outside. We socialize and provide medical care to these kitties in our foster homes, and then make them available for adoption.
Come meet some of the adoptable cats below at one of our upcoming weekend Adoption Events! No application is required to attend, but we encourage you to apply online in advance to get pre-approved with the Adoption Questionnaire linked above.
