Meet Luke!

Luke is almost a year old and has spent most of his life in boarding or a rescue facility. He and his brothers, Bambi and Flower, were transported to a rescue in Iowa, but after a few months with little interest, they were brought back to give them another chance at finding a forever home.

Luke is great with other dogs, playful, and affectionate. He’s a bit more reserved than his brother Flower but is gaining confidence every day. Flower recently completed a basic training course through EF5 K9 Dog Training and knows sit, down, touch, walk on a leash, recall, and how to swing into position. Luke and Flower are best friends, and if possible, we’d love to see them placed together.

Luke would make a wonderful companion, especially for someone retired. He comes with two free private lessons with EF5 K9 Dog Training to help him adjust and build confidence.

Luke deserves to know true love and finally be part of a family. Could you be the one to give him that chance?

Adoption application must be submitted.
Veterinary references are requested.
Discussion of medical needs are discussed due to most of our cases being medical.
Interviewing is done with registered veterinary technician.
Follow up calls, emails, and possible home visits are performed weekly until every one is well.
If owner have other animals in the home we will ask for a meet and greet
Landlords are called or proof of ownership is needed.
