Meet Paisley! Paisley is 6.5 years old and has a short calico coat, beautiful yellow eyes, and a sassy attitude. Paisley is a typical calico, she has a sassiness that shows she is the boss, she loves to talk and she does everything on her time. Paisley came to us as a surrender with her sister, Willow. Paisley isn’t always the friendliest towards other cats. She doesn’t start fights, she just doesn’t like anyone in her space. Paisley and Willow would do great together in a new home, but I think they would do good separately also. Paisley is very independent and likes her personal space.
Paisley is spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on all her vaccinations. Paisley has been with us for over 100 days, and I know that she is being so patient waiting. It would be great if Paisley could find a fur-ever home for the new year. If you are interested in a set of six-year-old ladies, Paisley and Willow could be the perfect pair.

Once your application has been approved, we will disclose the private address of the Foster who has the animal you're interested in. Our hours are based on our founder's availability, but it truly depends on the foster's schedule. Our fosters are all located in northwestern Wisconsin, and Shelli can be present if requested or she is available if the foster isn't herself.

Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome cats and dogs in Northern Wisconsin and beyond. We strive to meet each animal's physical, emotional, and behavioral needs as an individual. We are committed to helping our community find access to resources and education on responsible pet ownership that's backed by science and compassion.
Shelli is a professional Cat Behaviorist, Fear Free Certified, and has 2+ years of shelter experience. Gena, an A.W.W. volunteer, is a professional Dog Trainer, Fear Free Certified, and also has 2+ years of shelter experience.
