My story

Meet Ruby "Rubicube"

At events, she is normally found napping, not really showing her true personality. At home she is playful and chatty. Some days she has a lot to say.

She is the runt in her litter much smaller than her two brothers... You can see in one of the pictures her trying to stretch out to be as big as her big brother Dale. Ruby is aprox 6-7 months old now and still tiny. (born June 2024) She probably would be more than 40 lbs full-grown.

Medium sized Breed mix unknown... Husky, cattle dog, shepherd, maybe a little rat terrier... who knows...

She is crate training and working on house training skills. She will potty outside and loves to play in the yard.

1.
Submit Application

Applications let us know about you, your home and what you are looking for in a pet. Take time to fill these out. This is our first glimpse.

2.
Interview

Your application looks good. We might still have some question. You might have questions too. Foster parent will reach out to you.

3.
Meet the Pet

Adoption is a family decision. We want to meet with everyone in the home including current dogs.

4.
Sign Adoption Contract

If everything works out at the meet and greet, the contract is signed. You agree to keep your dog safe, register their microchip. etc

5.
Take the Pet Home

Often times the pet can go home same day. If you are not ready, let us know we will give you a couple of days to get prepared.

A small foster based rescue located in Acworth, Georgia helping local dogs that need us the most.

The Amazing Mutts and Wiggle Butts difference

-All of our dogs are in loving foster homes where they can learn best what it is to be a part of the family; we never board our babies.
-Each dog that does through our rescue will have Lifetime membership. If they need to come back for any reason we welcome them with open arms.
-Ohana means family and family means no one is left behind or forgotten. When a family of pups is in need we help the whole family.
