Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Meet Pumpkin the cutest and sweetest staffy you will ever meet. We have been fostering Pumpkin for about two weeks now and are absolutely in love with her. When she first came to the house she was very timid and quiet, but now that she's gotten comfortable with us she has blossomed into the most lovable and charismatic pup.
We live in a multi unit apartment building and my husband works in the leasing office. She has become the official office dog and is free leash walking in the leasing office and greets all people of all ages and is super friendly. She will never pass up a good tummy rub from anyone!
Everyday she enjoys to go outside to the dog run to play fetch and is definitely able to do this from 9-5pm as a full-time job. She's a super smart dog and has really good focus, so much so that you won't be able to trick her because she really pays close attention to everything that you do. Even with her high energy outdoors, she knows when she's in the house that it's time to be calm and sit in her bed to chew on a toy or take a good long nap.
She is crate trained and does not make any noises when you leave the house or when it's time to go to bed. No accidents in the house and knows basic commands like sit, wait, come, and down. She does very well with our own pittie and does fairly well on walks. She does get excited when she sees a squirrel or a reactive dog but we believe that patience and a little training will fix that which we already started to do with her with a professional trainer in our building. She does well during baths and does not fight you to clean her.
Overall, she would be the best companion! Plus you won't be able to resist the cutest Pittie smile she shows when she's super happy
