I’m 6 years old and weigh in on the larger side, but that just means there’s more of me to cuddle—and trust me, I love cuddles. If you’re okay with a giant lap dog, we’re already off to a great start!
I’ll admit, I can get a little nervous about certain things, like car rides. Not my favorite. But you know what I do love? Walks! I’m pretty great on a leash, so if you’re up for a leisurely stroll, I’m your guy. Right now, though, I have to keep my activity levels low because I’m undergoing heartworm treatment. That means no wild runs or crazy zoomies—just nice, calm walks and lots of chill time with you.
When I’m feeling playful, I’ve got energy to spare and a personality that will make you smile every day. I’d probably do best with older kids who can match my enthusiasm and help me learn all the good-dog manners I’m working on. I’m super treat-motivated, so with a little patience and some tasty rewards, I’ll be acing those commands in no time.
Because of my size and my exuberance, I’d love to find a home with an experienced owner who gets me—someone who can handle a big ol’ softie like me when I get excited. And trust me, I will get excited about being your new best friend.
