Meet Avah, a stunning black cat with a charming little white patch on her chest and big, captivating yellow eyes that seem to hold a world of stories. When she first arrived at the shelter, Avah was a shy and reserved soul, but with time and love, she has blossomed into a sweet and sociable companion. Now, she`s known for her warm greetings, her affection for her fellow feline friends, and her nurturing role as `Aunt Avah` in the kitten room. While she enjoys relaxing and soaking up the sun, you can often find her enjoying head scratches and gently head butting her human friends to show her affection. Although she`s a little nervous about being held, she`s a mellow presence that would fit beautifully into most homes, especially those with cozy cat beds or inviting couches perfect for napping. Avah loves to window watch, observing the world outside with a curious gaze. If you`re looking for a chill and loving companion who has come so far out of her shell, Avah is ready to find her forever home with you!

ADOPTION FEES (Subject to Change)

●All DOGS (over 6 months): $230.00
Adoption fee includes spay and neuter fee and sometimes microchip. Also included is the veterinary care to date: rabies vaccination, distemper vaccination, general de-worming, and treatment of fleas (if necessary.)

●PUPPIES (under 6 months): $230.00
Adoption fee includes a $35.00 deposit which is refundable once the dog is spayed or neutered. Also included is the veterinary care to date: rabies vaccination (if age appropriate,) distemper vaccination, general de-worming, and treatment for fleas (if necessary.)

●SENIOR DOGS: $150 Dogs over the age of 6.

●SPAYED AND NEUTERED KITTENS (under 8 months): $95.00
Adoption fee includes spay/neuter fee and the veterinary care to date, which includes rabies vaccination, distemper vaccination, FIV and Feline Leukemia testing, treatment for fleas and ear mites (if necessary,) and general de-worming.

●ADULT CATS AND UN-SPAYED/UN-NEUTERED KITTENS: $75.00

●SENIOR to SENIOR: Half Off
Adopters over the age of 65 adopting pets over the age of 7 the price will be reduced to half off.

*Adopting 2 kittens together will be $20 off the regular adoption fee.

*All adopters receive a free vet visit that will last 14 days after the adoption date.

*The ages of our animals are based on our best estimate. Since we often don’t have the history of an animal, we cannot guarantee a specific age.
