Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Location: Chamberlin, SD
Totoro here has long legs and a long body so he can stretch! He was afraid of people and with support from our resident dogs has warmed up to the adults in our family. We are trying to take him to dog friendly businesses to increase his exposure to other people. He gives nose kisses and now in addition to accepting a tickle under his chin, he will stand close to us and enjoys being petted on the head. He sleeps in a recliner and about 6 am comes into the bedroom and wakes us up with a cold nose to let us know it is time to go outside and then have breakfast. He will probably do better in a quieter home with possibly another dog closer to his size. He enjoys rough housing with our resident dogs, hanging out in the kitchen when we cook hoping for a snack and hanging out in his kennel on a big fluffy pillow. He enjoys squeak toys and chewing on bones. He will bark if startled or if the other dogs think something exciting is happening. He is medium energy and enjoys sniffing everything while going for walks. He is mostly house trained - goes to the patio door or whines when it is time to go outside. He has only had a few accidents.

The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org).
Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, all age-appropriate vaccinations (Distemper, Rabies, and Bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, heartworm test (dogs), FIV/FeLV test (cats), dewormed, and microchip implant (including registration).
Rescue Network is strictly foster based which means all adoptable animals are in a home and there cannot be a meet until an application is submitted and approved. We have no way of knowing the breeds in the animals. All breeds listed are best guess.
