Hi there! My name is Tootsie and I`m here to steal your heart with my adorable antics and sweet personality. Though I may be young, I have the spirit of a wise old soul. I`m affectionate, brave, curious, dignified, and loyal - everything you could ever want in a furry friend! My energy levels are high, so I`ll be sure to keep you on your toes, but I`m also gentle and love to cuddle up for a snooze. Some have even said that my dignified exterior hides a funny side, as I`m always ready to make you laugh. My only downfall is that I can`t choose between playing with my canine companions or stealing your heart. But, hey, who says I have to choose? Thank you for your interest in adopting from West Valley City/Taylorsville Animal Services! We would love for you to come to the shelter and meet your new family member.

You can come to the shelter Monday through Friday between 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm and walk through to see the animals we have available for adoption.

Please keep in mind that adoptions are first come, first serve. We often have a few pets that would make a good match for each family, so if the animal you are interested in is no longer available, you can still come in and meet some animals to see if there's a good fit.
