Penny has a sad story where her owner died in TX and she ended up in CA with a relative who was unable to care for her not because she didnt love her but due to other things. Nice person and we understand. Penny needs a quiet loving home as that is what she is used to. She is quiet and sweet and doesnt have a mean bone. She is a shy dog.
