My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Looking for a petite, shy, sweet, black cat? Mr. Levi is your boy! You will have to be patient with him because until he knows and trusts you, he will hide. But Mr. Levi is very food-driven, so if it’s mealtime, he’s there! His foster mother has found that swaddling him in a soft blanket and offering him a tube of soft cat food while she holds him equals a way to win his heart.

Mr. Levi was trapped in a feral colony as a young kitten. Due to poor nutrition, he was undernourished and small for his age when he was found. He is now completely healthy, neutered, and up to date on his shots, but remains small for his age.

He gets along with other cats and loves to play with the other foster cats, chasing balls and springs. In fact, because of his fear of humans, it is imperative that he live with at least one other friendly cat to keep him company.

If you have the right home and another friendly kitty or two for Mr. Levi, apply to adopt him today!

This cat has been combo-tested for Feline Leukemia and FIV, received all age-appropriate vaccinations and is altered.

More about this rescue

G.R.A.S.P. stands for Greece Residents Assisting Stray Pets. GRASP's goal is to give animals, primarily those picked up by Greece Animal Control, a second chance for a safe, happy, and healthy life. Before G.R.A.S.P., Inc. was formed, animals that were not claimed by their owners were routinely euthanized. We also strive to educate the public on the benefits of spay/neuter and the need to tag their pets at all times. G.R.A.S.P., Inc. is a non-profit organization and is completely dependent upon donations from the public.
