Meet Josie! Josie checked into TRI on July 2nd! After being used to breed for the past 9 years, she's readily accepted her new life as a cherished pet! Josie is a 9 year old silver yorkie who weighs about 8.8 pounds. When she arrived, she had double ears infections and tested positive for lyme disease. Her ears are much better now and on the mend, she Josie finished her meds for lyme disease (recheck in 6 months). Josie is in foster care with dogs of all sizes. She brings her foster mom joy each day and a lot of smiles! Josie will make someone who is looking for a small dog very happy.
