What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Kai came to our home when he was roughly 4 months, we adopted him as his previous owner was unable to keep him due to an unstable living situation. Initially when Kai arrived he was very skinny; however, with some change in diet he has gained some weight. He is projected to be a big boy! We have found that his guilty pleasures include cold apples, soft carrots, and warm goats milk. Kai loves to play with stuffed toys, chase around balls, and take mid day naps. Since we are a single family home, he has not had much exposure to children so we are unsure of how he will do. As for other dogs, Kai will acknowledge them on the streets but does not run to meet them. We have done some private training to encourage confidence. He is a bit timid among new people and loud noises, some days more than others but he is a good boy overall. He would do great in a single family home with a backyard and some additional training. If you have questions, please feel free to message.
