Meet the calm, charming, and composed Cesar! Though you may have to seek him out, Cesar is the sweetest man who wants all the pets you have to give! He is pretty quiet, unless he hears you reach for the treats. Then he comes running and meowing until he gets one. Although it may not seem like it, Cesar does enjoy playing with some fun wand toys every now and then. Come by the Humane Society to meet Cesar!
