Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Hi, I’m Padfoot! I’m a happy-go-lucky 1-year-old pup weighing 46 pounds, and I’m ready to find my forever home. I’m a sweet and playful boy who loves to run around, play fetch, and snuggle up with my humans. I’ve got medium energy, so I enjoy bursts of activity followed by long, relaxing naps on the couch. I’m just as happy playing with chew toys as I am snoozing for hours at a time. And don`t worry about car rides, I love car rides.
Here’s a little about me: Smart & Eager to Learn: I already know commands like sit, stay, shake, and down! I’m a quick learner and excited to see what else we can master together.
Leash Skills: I walk well on a leash, though I may pull a little because I’m curious about the world around me. With a bit of practice, I’ll be even better!
Dog-Friendly: I’ve been non-reactive to other dogs and think I’d do well with dog siblings.
Best with Older Kids: Sometimes, when I’m really excited, I can get nippy and try to chew on hands or feet. My foster has been working on redirecting me with toys or by ignoring this behavior, and I’m improving every day.
Crate-Training & Potty-Training: I’ve been sleeping in a crate in my foster’s bedroom at night and am doing great with no accidents in the apartment. I’m still learning to feel comfortable being alone but am making progress.
I’m a snuggly, curious pup who loves to follow my humans around and see what they’re up to. My foster says I have so much potential to learn and grow in a loving home. Could that home be yours?
