Meet Luka! He is a six-month-old Shar Pei/Terrier mix. This charming pup weighs 26 pounds and is expected to reach 30+ pounds when fully grown. Luka is potty trained, leash trained, and loves to play with other dogs and toys. He is a motivated eater and will wipe his dish clean! He enjoy walks, playtime, and cuddling, making him a versatile companion. Luka is dog and cat friendly and has been around big and small dogs. He is super sweet and smart. He learns commands fast and is starting to outgrow his puppy energy. Although he may be shy at first, give him five minutes, and he will show you his true personality. Additional adoption info

We require an application, application approval, meet and greet, home check, adoption fee and a contract.

2 months -12 months: $425
1 year - 6 years $375
7 years+ - $325

Adoption fee includes :

Shots up to date of adoption, wellness exam, fecal test,
Spay/neuter, Micro-chip and any other medical needed.

We also require to stay first on the micro-chip info for life and have a life time return policy on all our rescue dogs adopted out.

Unfortunately, we do not adopt out of state under any circumstances. We recommend that you visit your local shelter or dog rescues in your area if you are looking to adopt.

I.C.A.R.E. is an all breed, no kill dog rescue. We rescue dogs at risk of being euthanized from shelters, abandoned, abused, and stray dogs. We also rescue many owner surrendered dogs; which are dogs that can no longer remain in their current homes due to financial or personal issues. I.C.A.R.E. Dog Rescue is dedicated to reducing the number of dogs that are euthanized in our shelters each and everyday. We focus on rescuing and rehabilitating them in loving foster homes until they are adopted into their permanent homes. We also focus on educating the public regarding specific breeds, rescue, and general information regarding the canine species. We are a 100% volunteer run and supported organization that cannot survive without the help of loving fosters, volunteers, and benefactors.
