Meet Poe

Our adorable girl named Poe is just a kitten at 16 weeks old and one beautiful tuxedo. She very much enjoys being leader of the pack. This spunky, little girl is fearless, loves to play, and is a huge cuddle bug . Poe is said to be a really great hugger! She can be seen being silly jumping at people to play with them; in fact, she has made a little game with the kids in her foster home, where she jumps at the kids and then they run around and play! Poe has been raised with her siblings and older children. Poe is a former bottle baby, which means she has imprinted on humans and considers them her best friend!

Submit Application

All applicants must be prepared to provide proof of home ownership or a lease showing the pet will be allowed in the home

2.
Approve Application

applicant will need to provide photos of the property detailing fencing and overall yard. More may be required

3.
Interview

Interviews may be done in person or on the phone or at time of meet and greet.

Weekend adoption events are as follows:

PETCO - CATS
Cat and kitten adoptions EVERY Saturday from 1-4pm and at the Napa Petco located at 3284 Jefferson Street, Napa, CA 94558.

PETCO - DOGS
Dog and puppy adoptions EVERY Saturday from 12:00-4:00 at the Napa Petco located at 3284 Jefferson Street, Napa, CA 94558.

Whiskers, Tails and Ferals is a network of volunteers and foster families caring for dogs, puppies, cats, and kittens who have been abandoned, are feral, or are facing the threat of being euthanized at an animal shelter.
All dogs and cats that come into our program are spayed or neutered. Felines are FeLV and possibly FIV, vaccinated, wormed (as needed) and micro-chipped.
All sick animals are immediately put under the care and supervision of a Napa veterinarian and Whiskers, Tails and Ferals pays for their medications.
The cats and kittens that are not able to be tamed, are spayed or neutered, vaccinated and returned to their colonies where colony guardians continue to feed and care for them.
