Hi there, I’m Cinnabun! I came to The Love Pit just in time to welcome my adorable litter of mini buns into the world. I was a loving and gentle mom, and now that my babies have all found their forever homes, it’s my turn to find mine!
Here’s a little about me:
I’m a petite girl with lots of fun energy! I love a good balance of physical and mental exercise to keep me happy and thriving.
I’m a super fan of other dogs! I get so excited when I meet them and always want to play. I’ve also been around older kids and think I’d do great in a home with kids over 5 who can keep up with my playful energy.
I’m crate and potty-trained, but I’m still working on perfecting my leash skills. Those pesky squirrels are just so tempting, and I sometimes forget not to pull.
My favorite activities include exploring and hiking, sunbathing on the patio with my people, running Zoomies in the backyard, running errands, playing fetch, and chewing on my Benebone.

We are a foster/volunteer based 501c3 nonprofit dog rescue in Dallas, Texas. Our mission is to reduce the number of homeless pit bull type dogs in shelters and on the streets through rescue, rehabilitation, education, and advocacy.
Our goal is to educate the public about a breed that often falls victim to breed specific legislation, discrimination, and cruelty and promote responsible pet ownership through spay/neuter initiatives, vaccinations, and training resources.
