My name is Ruger!

Ruger is about a year old, and was found outside in a cat colony missing his humans. We can't understand why no one came looking for him, but their loss is our gain. He is a chatty boy who loves to play and get attention. Ruger has the feline leukemia virus (FeLV) which can reduce life expectancy and be transmitted to other cats. He should be the only cat in a household, or he can live with other cats who also have FeLV. He is currently in a foster home.
