My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sweet Sarafina started her time at HES as a VERY spicy scared kitten (Sarafina means fiery one)! Over time with her foster mom, she has absolutely blossomed into an AMAZING young kitty! She greets her foster mom with excited meows and immediately turns on her purr box. She ADORES other kitties and does her darn hardest to befriend all of them. Other cats also help make her feel braver and more confident. Because of this, she would thrive in a home with other kitties! She's still a little timid, and also loves to give love nibbles and playful swats (a habit she's working on breaking!), so she would probably do best in a quieter home with a human family who will be patient with her. She's the perfect mix of playful and cuddly- she loves to play with all of her toys and then snuggle up in her human's lap. She will even rest her head in the crook of your arm when you hold her! Her fur is unbelievably soft and velvety with the most beautiful torbie coloration, and she has stunning amber eyes! After her rough start to life, she deserves an amazing home with a very lucky human/family!!!
