In the bustling streets of a small town, a spirited dog named Side Quest roamed, her heart full of curiosity and her paws ready for adventure. With a coat that shone in the sunlight and eyes that sparkled with mischief, Side Quest was no ordinary stray. She thrived on exploration, seeking out new sights, scents, and friends along the way!
Side Quest is an adventurer and a professional explorer who needs an active partner to see the world with and a loving home to return to after a day of hiking, sightseeing, and play. She came in as a stray back in October of 2024, and has made it clear her most favorite thing of all is going for long walks through the woods. She loves jerky treats and water of all kinds - both for drinking and for playing in!
We are not sure what kind of dog Side Quest was before she arrived at the shelter, but we know in her time here she has gone from a nervous, skinny stray to a confident, beautiful Shepherd who warms up to people quick and loves as hard as she trusts. She is very observant and needs plenty of mental stimulation to keep her clever mind occupied.
“Questy” may need some training and guidance to be the very best version of the bestest girl that she is. She does not do well with other dogs , and will thrive most in a home without other animals. She likely needs an experienced and involved dog owner as her family, as she is strong and nimble and very, very smart.
Are you ready to make your life a grand adventure? Side Quest is on the lookout for her forever home, ready to embark on her greatest adventure yet: finding a family to call her own. With her by your side you’ll make memories to last a lifetime full of wonder, delight, and surprises along the way. Join Side Quest and embark on your own adventure together!
