This sweet senior girl was rescued from euthanasia. She went to a shelter after her owner unexpectedly died. When Butterball came to us, she had gone several days with severe dry eyes and lots of gunk in them. However, you can see we were finally able to get her some medicine and ointment and she looks so so so much better. Butterball was also EXTREMELY overweight, but we are nursing her back to health and she is on a strict diet and exercise routine. She has even lost about 7 pounds! She's super friendly, and pretty low maintenance besides keeping up with her ointment and diet/exercise routine. Due to the fact that she has been overweight for a long time, and has some arthritis in her back legs, this girl has some trouble walking. This doesn't stop her from scooting around though! Above anything else Butterball LOVES to be next to you 24/7 and loves constant pets.
